Sneeze It Connect moves customer records between your Jobber account and your GoHighLevel sub-account, on the flows you switch on.

What we store. The connection credentials Jobber and GoHighLevel issue to Connect, encrypted at rest; which Jobber record is paired with which CRM contact; and a log of every change Connect received or made. Customer names, addresses and amounts stay in Jobber and your CRM. Connect keeps no copy of them beyond the change log, and clears the personal details in that log after 90 days.

Who sees it. People signed in to your Connect account, and Sneeze It staff when you ask for support. We do not sell or share your data.

Leaving. Disconnect a location, or remove the app in Jobber or GoHighLevel, and Connect deletes its stored access straight away. That location's pairings and change log are deleted within 30 days. Delete your account from the billing page and everything Connect holds for it is deleted within 30 days.
